Description

This pin & sleeve plug lockout prevents 500 V plugs from being placed into their sockets. Simply slide the device over the plug alignment tab on the plug rim, snap it closed, and apply your padlock and/or tag (sold separately).

The device features durable nylon construction and measures 1.5" h x 2.75" l  x 1.75" w (3.8 x 7.0 x 4.4 cm). This devices accommodates padlocks with shackle diameters up to 1/4" (6.35 mm).
