This Eagle model 1636 1 drum basin provides low-cost spill protection. It is made of bright yellow, durable, high density polyethylene for excellent chemical resistance. The drums simply rest on the floor of the sump. They have a load capacity of 5,000 lb (2,268 kg) and a sump capacity of 17.5 gallons (66.2 L). The basins measure 26.25" w x 26.25" d x 6.5" h (66.7 x 66.7 x 16.5 cm) and weigh 12 lb (5.5 kg).

Budget basins were also available in 2 drum or 4 drum capacities but have also been discontinued.
