Forklift Training Certification Cards, 50/Pkg

Various state and federal OSHA regulations require that persons operating forklifts, lift trucks etc. receive proper instruction on the safe use of these devices. Our handy wallet-sized certification cards are an easy way of providing employees with a record of their successful training.

These 3-1/2" w x 2" h cards are a Safety Emporium exclusive item and are printed on extra-heavy card stock. The front side is colorful and glossy while the back side is matte and contains spaces for the trainer and trainee information as well as a notes section where the trainer can list specific equipment that the trainee has been approved to work with. You can prevent employee tampering by encasing the completed card in our handy self-laminating covers (item #01348).  Sold in covenient packages of 50 identical cards.

The wording on this card is customizable by special order of 500 or more cards.
