These 3" w x 5" h self-adhesive HMIS-style RTK plastic labels have a built-in overlay sheet for protection. Simply fill out the label (using the separately available stick-on numbers and symbols, item #01237) and apply the overlay. Each order comes with a FREE permanent marking pen.

These labels use the a hybrid of the NFPA classification system and are not compliant with the proprietary and non-mandatory HMIS® system.
