| This surface-mounted unit installs easily over your fire alarm pull stations to provide an added deterrent to false alarms. To activate the alarm, the unsecured front cover must first be pulled down - no breaker bar required. The pull handle is designed to A.D.A. specifications and includes two UV-resistant side labels. This unit includes a battery-operated alarm that sounds when the magnetic field is broken and is available without the alarm (see below). This unit is made of impact-resistant, non-rusting high density polyethylene and is weather-resistant for outside installation. A gasket is available separately for mounting to uneven surfaces such as stucco. This unit easily installs with a screwdriver (screws and wall anchors included). This unit is also available with an optional alarm and with a break-front window. This unit may also be suitable for storing emergency items such as keys, key cards, and epi injector pens.
