| The Guardian G2010 is a completely stainless steel eye wash and shower safety station contained in a stainless steel booth with single entry and modesty curtain (10 oz. class 1 clean room approved material). This product is ideal for areas that contain sensitive equipment that cannot be splashed with water, as the booth and curtain contain water from emergency shower while keeping the rest of the room dry. It is particularly useful in clean rooms with perforated floors and in applications where retention/isolation of the rinse water is required. The 8" stainless steel shower head delivers 20 GPM flow and the 1" IPS stainless steel stay-open ball valve is activated with a stainless steel pull rod. The eye wash features easy pull-down activation and two GS-Plus™ spray heads, each with a stainless steel flip-top dust cover, internal flow control, and filter to remove impurities from the supply water. The supply line is 1" NPT top and bottom female inlet and the waste line is a 4" NPT female outlet. The three-sided enclosure is constructed of 16 gauge Type 304 stainless steel with welded seams and a #4 satin finish. All pipes and fittings are brushed stainless. An ANSI-compliant identification sign is also included. The entire unit is factory assembled and water-tested prior to shipment. This unit is available with optional proximity switches for event sensing (see Related Items below). The manufacturer spec sheet is available as a PDF file. Shipping note: This item ships fully assembled and upright. The shipping weight is approximately 300 lb (136 kg), the shipping dimensions are approximately 100" h x 48" x 48" (254 x 122 x 122 cm) and this item is not eligible for free shipping. Because the height exceeds 8 feet, a flat bed truck or high cube container will be required for shipping. As the shipping charges for this item can be unpredictable and some customers will prefer to make their own freight arrangements, the price shown does not include freight.
